Gript Climbing Pty Ltd, Bahrs Scrub, Queensland. We ship merch and chalk. We do not ship a climbing brush — it isn't for sale yet. (We're as impatient as you are.)

Checkout is the source of truth for price and methods. What you pay depends on what's in the cart and where it's going. Made-to-order pieces and Queensland-packed items use different rates, and a mixed cart can split into more than one parcel. Two parcels isn't a glitch — it's how chalk doesn't sit around waiting on a hoodie.

Two kinds of order

Packed in Queensland (home stock)

Climbing chalk, chalk balls, sticker packs, and the GRIPT cotton tees we keep here. Packed from Bahrs Scrub and handed to Australia Post for Australian addresses.

We pack those as soon as we reasonably can on business days. Transit then depends on your state — Brisbane is not the same as Broome. We will not promise a 1–2 day delivery for every postcode.

On the general Australia profile, Standard and Express are currently listed at $11 AUD and $15 AUD. If checkout shows something different, believe checkout.

Made to order

Most other apparel, beanies, hats, hoodies, totes, and mugs. Printed when you order, so they take longer — not from our kitchen table the same afternoon.

That extra wait helps cut down on waste and over-ordering. Thanks for your support and patience.

Production plus postage often takes a couple of weeks. It can run longer for Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world, and around busy periods. Older copy on this site talked about 2–3 days, 7–11 days, and 10–30 days as if they were one policy. They weren't. Made-to-order is the slower path; home-stock is the faster one inside Australia.

Australia

New Zealand and international

We ship to a range of countries. Checkout will either give you a rate or tell you we can't send there. New Zealand has its own methods.

Customs, duties, GST/VAT, and brokerage on the receiving side are the customer's. We don't collect those at checkout unless the system does it for that destination.

Free shipping

There is currently an automatic free shipping threshold of $150 AUD, on all products, for countries we ship to. If that stops being true, this page will change and checkout will already have changed.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking once a parcel is actually on its way. Give it a little time to go live with the carrier. Made-to-order and home-stock can track separately — same order, two little adventures.

Weekends and delays

We don't pack home-stock on weekends and public holidays. Carriers have their own weather, industrial action, and peak-season habits. If something is seriously late, email griptclimbing@gmail.com.

Damage in transit

Photograph the parcel and the product and contact us (and the carrier) as soon as you can. Keep the packaging until it's sorted.
