Made to order: most other apparel, beanies, hats, hoodies, totes, and mugs. Those are printed when you order, so they take longer. That helps cut down on waste and over-ordering — thanks for your support and patience.

Home-stock from Queensland is usually the faster of the two inside Australia, once it’s packed — Australia Post from QLD, timing depends on your state.

Made-to-order pieces need production plus delivery. For Australia that often lands around a couple of weeks, and can stretch longer (busy periods, remote addresses, international post). Mixed carts can arrive in more than one parcel. That’s normal, not a lost hoodie.

Yes. Checkout shows whether we can send to your country and what it costs. Customs, duties, and taxes on the receiving end are yours. Sorry — that’s how borders work.

Orders of $150 AUD and over currently get free shipping (automatic, all countries we ship to). For items we pack in Queensland, Australia Post Standard and Express are usually offered as well.

Each product page has a size guide in centimetres. A few hoodies run small — the page will say so. GRIPT cotton tees are a snug regular fit; size up if you want them looser. When in doubt, size up. Future-you at the gym will not mind.

Some pieces use organic cotton — beanies, some Zodiac tees, totes, the crag hat. The product page says so when that’s true. The GRIPT cotton tees are AS Colour combed cotton, not organic. Made-to-order apparel means we don’t overproduce sizes that never sell. That’s the honest version; see Sustainability.

Same beanie, two colour groups. Black / navy / burgundy on one listing; blue / mustard / grey / green on the other. Not a duplicate by mistake — just more colours than one listing could hold.
